Guidelines

Cílem práce je implementace několika metod pro vizualizaci sekundární struktury RNA (včetně struktur s pseudo uzly). V rámci práce student implementuje nástroj, kde uživatel bude moci vizualizovat sekundární strukturu RNA pomocí implementovaných algoritmů. Nástroj bude obsahovat export výsledné vizualizace do některého z vektorových formátů. Součástí práce bude i porovnání implementovaných vizualizačních metod.
