Preliminary scope of work
Tato práce se zabývá provedením a vyhodnocením genotypových a fenotypových metod na diagnostiku bartonelových infekcí způsobených konkrétně dvěma druhy bartonel, a to Bartonella henselae a Bartonella quintana, jak v klinickém materiálu, tak i v bakteriálních izolátech. Mezi nejčastější bartonelové infekce patří cat scratch disease (CSD - nemoc z kočičího škrábnutí), bacilární angiomatóza, jihoamerická bartonelóza, zákopová horečka a také závažné endokarditidy. Teoretická část této práce se zabývá rešerší literatury týkající se problematiky a diagnostiky tohoto rodu bakterií.
Preliminary scope of work in English
This work deals with the design and evaluation of genotypic and phenotypic methods for the diagnostics of infections caused by Bartonellae specifically two types of Bartonella, Bartonella henselae and Bartonella quintana and, as in clinical material and in bacterial isolates. The most common batonellae infections include cat scratch disease (CSD - cat scratch disease), bacillary angiomatosis, South American bartonelosis, trench fever and severe endocarditis. The theoretical part of this thesis deals with the literature review on the issue and diagnosis of this genus of bacteria.
