Preliminary scope of work

V návaznosti na vypracovanou bakalářskou práci věnovanou buněčné stěně se student zaměří na studium funkční specifity vybraných podjednotek exocystu (zvl. EXO70) při vývoji trichomu - zvl. maturaci buněčné stěny.

Preliminary scope of work in English

In continuation with the bachelor thesis topic of the cell wall analysis the student will focus on the analysis of functional specificity of selected exocyst subunits (esp. EXO70) in the development of trichome - esp. cell wall maturation.
