Preliminary scope of work
Preliminary scope of work in English
This work analyzes the level of success of Gazprom’s economic policy between years 2008-2012. Research will be focused on fundamental changes to the natural gas market in Europe and Gazprom's reaction to them. They occurred after a drop in demand associated with the crisis, the entry of new importers of liquefied natural gas or diverted LNG supplies to Europe from the United States after that country's development of shale gas extraction with a new technology. The reaction to post crisis environment in Russia will also be subject of this research as this constitutes an integral part of Gazprom’s efforts to achieve long term economic success.
