Preliminary scope of work

Záměrem předkládané práce je představit Andreje Vyšinského nejen jako praktikujícího právníka, ale především jako právního vědce, teoretika. Srovnat jeho tehdejší obraz a zásluhy s dnešními pohledy a ukázat, že každý, kdo slouží právu, nemusí sloužit dobru.

Preliminary scope of work in English

The purpose of the thesis is to introduce Andrey Vishinsky as not only as a practitioner-lawyer but especially as a legal scholar, a theorist of law. To compare his former image and merits to contemporary points of view and to indicate that anyone who is in the service of law need not be in the service of good.
