Preliminary scope of work
Cílem této diplomové práce bylo provedení analýzy právní úpravy vytvoření a ochrany soustavy Natura 2000 z pohledu mezinárodního práva, unijního a českého práva. Diplomová práce je členěna do 5 větších kapitol. V první kapitole bude vysvětlen pojem Natura 2000 a jaké jsou touto soustavou sledovány cíle. Druhá kapitola zahrnuje problematiku právní úpravy ochrany biodiverzity z pohledu mezinárodního práva a její vztah k soustavě Natura 2000. Třetí kapitola se zabývá úpravou soustavy Natura 2000 z pohledu unijního práva. Čtvrtá kapitola je zaměřena na zmapování rozhodovací činnosti Soudního dvora Evropské unie týkající se soustavy Natura 2000. V páté části je stručně popsána právní úprava soustavy Natura 2000 z pohledu českého právního řádu.
Preliminary scope of work in English
The aim of this thesis was to analyze the legal regulation of the creation and protection of the Natura 2000 network from the perspective of international environmenatl law, the EU law and the Czech law. The thesis is divided into five major chapters. The first chapter explains the concept of Natura 2000 and what are the objectives pursued by the system. The second chapter covers the area of legal regulation in the area of nature protection from the perspective of international law and its relationship to Natura 2000. Next chapter deals with the regulation of the Natura 2000 network from the perspective of EU law. The fourth chapter focuses on mapping the decision-making of the Court of Justice of the European Union concerning the Natura 2000 network. The fifth part describes legal regulation of Natura 2000 network from the perspective of the Czech legal order.
