Preliminary scope of work
Dále práce přibližuje operační techniku a možné komplikace.
Preliminary scope of work in English
The reverse shoulder replacement isn´t common method, but it develops quickly and the amount of accessible literature on this issue has been increasing slowly although it should be noted that the quantity of literatue concerning classic shoulder replacement is much higher. The questions of total shoulder replacement are described on the basis of available documentation in physiotherapy connection. There is mentioned indications and contraindication for the reverse shoulder replacement in chapters. This paper covers the issue of the surgery technique and complications. The main part is fuccussed to physiotherapy. Physiotherapy is divided to four phases. In the first phase, there is cared mainly to joint protection and maintenance of passive range of motions. In the second phase, physiotherapy attends to maintenance of active range of motions with accent to correct sterotypes. The third phase, there is described complex strengthening. The last phase is indenpendent home program. The practice part is guideline for physiotherapist. There is short description of examination and basic concept of rehabilitation processes in individual phases.
