| Resumé v českém jazyce
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá zkoumáním motivu města (a jeho projevy) v soudobé dětské literatuře. Opírá se o texty děl Pavla Šruta – Lichožrouti a Lichožrouti se vracejí. Práce dokládá, že stěžejní složkou těchto dvou literárních děl je prostor. A to jak prostor vertikální a horizontální, tak prostor subjektivní (subjektivně formovaný) i objektivní (objektivně formovaný). Prostřednictvím rozboru jednotlivých prostorů jsem se pokusila proniknout do způsobu výstavby prostoru a zároveň (se zaměřením se na městské prvky) interpretovat dílo. Za důležité považuji zjištění, že mezi jednotlivými díly dochází k určitým prostorovým posunům, jejichž dovršení (případné zacyklení) lze očekávat v následujících dílech série. Tento posun je vystavěn na výrazných protikladech prostorů a zároveň na jejich vzájemném doplnění. Pro účely práce jsem se také pokusila určitým způsobem shrnout problematiku časoprostoru a města v současné odborné literatuře. V závěru práce jsem se pokusila porovnat autora Pavla Šruta s Karlem Čapkem, po jehož cestě se dle mého názoru, svým svérázným způsobem, Pavel Šrut ubírá. |

| English resumé
This bachelor thesis handles the theme of city (and its displays) in contemporary fairy tail. The thesis is based on Pavel Šrut’s writings Lichožrouti and Lichožrouti se vracejí. From this thesis it is obvious, that space is the main element in these tales. As this space is horizontal and vertical, so it is subjective (seen by the characters) and objective. Through the analysis of each space in each book I tried to look into the way of constructing it in books in general. I also tried to analyse the whole writings (focused on the elements and theme of city). As the main result of my findings I consider the fact, that there is a shift (in the sphere of space) between first and second book. The continuing of this shift (possible loop) is expected in next book (or books).This shift is based on significant opposition as well as on their mutual completion. I also tried to summarize the theme of space and city in academic literature. In the end of my bachelor thesis I attempt to compare Pavel Šrut and Karel Čapek, because I believe that Pavel Šrut is continuing (in certain aspects) Karel Čapek’s path in literature for children. |
