Guidelines
Candidate should search databases for information about Constitutive androstane receptor, about induction of cytochrome P450 genes via the nuclear receptor, about ligand-binding to nuclear receptors.
In addition, candidate shoud learn cell cultivation and several molecula biology and cellular assays to test compounds with CAR.
Then candidate should perform experiments, analyze data and write diploma thesis.
