Rešerše problematiky hodnocení fragmentace a konektivity krajiny s důrazem na jejich vliv na prostorové aspekty šíření rysa ostrovida
Rešerše problematiky prostorových a habitatových nároků rysa a metapopulační dynamiky jeho populací v ČR a Evropě
Analýza současné míry fragmentace a konektivity krajiny širší oblasti Šumavy a Pošumaví včetně návazných oblastí vhodných pro trvalý výskyt rysa (Boleticko, Blanský les, Novohradské hory)

Použité pracovní metody, zájmové území, datové zdroje
Rešerše dostupné literatury zabývající se problematikou fragmentace a konektivity krajiny s důrazem na možnosti šíření rysa ostrovida.
Rešerše problematiky prostorových a habitatových nároků rysa a metapopulační dynamiky jeho populací v ČR a Evropě
Analýza výskytu a disperze rysa ostrovida s využitím databází NDOP AOPK, Správy NP a CHKO Šumava a výsledků monitoringu tzv. Rysích hlídek Hnutí Duha (sběr vlastních dat v terénu)
Analýza současné míry fragmentace a konektivity krajiny širší oblasti Šumavy a Pošumaví včetně návazných oblastí vhodných pro trvalý výskyt rysa (Boleticko, Blanský les, Novohradské hory), využití krajinných metrik Effective Mesh Size, počet plošek vhodného habitatu, velikost plošek atd.
Zhodnocení vlivu struktury krajiny (míra fragmentace, konektivita vhodných habitatů) na výskyt a disperzi rysa ostrovida.

Preliminary scope of work in English

Aims
The research of issue of evaluation of fragmentation and landscape connectivity with the emphasis on their impact on spatial aspects of lynx´ s spread.
The research of the issue of spatial and habitat demands of lynx and metapopulation dynamics of its population in Czech Republic as well as in Europe.
The analysis of up to date extent of fragmentation and connectivity of the larger area of Šumava and Pošumaví and also areas which are also suitable for stable occurance of lynx (Boleticko, Blanský les, Novohradské hory).

Methods, data
The research of literature available concerned with the issue of fragmentation and landscape connectivity with the emphasis on the options of spread of lynx.
The research of the issue of spatial and habitat demands of lynx and metapopulation dynamics of its population in Czech Republic as well as in Europe.
The analysis of occurance and dispersion of lynx with the utilization of NDOP AOPK database, NP Šumava´s database and database of CHKO Šumava and also with the utilization of the monitoring results from “Rysí hlídky“.
The analysis of up to date extent of frangmentation and connectivity of the larger area of Šumava and Pošumaví and also areas which are also suitable for stable occurance of lynx /Boleticko, Blanský les, Novohradské hory), utilization of landscape metrics Effective Mesh Size, count of patches suitable habitat, size of patches etc.
The evaluation of the impact of landscape structure (extent of fragmentation, connectivity of suitable habitats) on the occurance and dispersion of lynx.
