| Práce se zabývá postoji obcanu Ceské republiky k trestu smrti. Popisuje
promeny vnímání absolutního trestu v historickém vývoji, jeho prezentaci verejnosti a také zmeny v prístupu verejnosti k tomuto trestu a k násilí obecne. Zabývá se vývojem technik poprav a spolecenskou situací kata a katovského remesla. Tyto kapitoly jsou zarazeny predevším pro širší kontext, který umožnuje lépe využít a interpretovat data z výzkumu. Výzkum také ukazuje základní myšlenky príznivcu a odpurcu trestu smrti a popisuje aktuální situaci týkající se trestu smrti ve svete. Součástí práce je kvantitativní online výzkum zkoumající postoje k trestu smrti v ČR. |
| Preliminary scope of work in English |
| My diploma work follows up Czech Republic inhabitants' attitudes toward the death
penalty. It also describes changes in death penalty perception in terms of historical aspect, its presentation to public society, changes in approach to death penalty and violence in general over time. It deals with execution types development, executioner's social position and craft. It brings elementary thoughts of advocates and opponents of the death penalty and describes related contemporary situation in the world. All these chapters are included for broader context description to allow me better use and identify results from the survey. Diploma work includes quantitative online survey, what tested attitudes toward the death penalty in the Czech Republic. |
