| Cíle: Rešerše problematiky hodnocení fragmentace krajiny a jejího vývoje s ohledem na specifika rovníkových zemí. Zhodnocení geografických aspektů vývoje krajiny Kamerunu s důrazem na současné trendy jejího využití. Analýza současné míry fragmentace tropického lesa v oblasti Kedjom-Keku. Použité pracovní metody, zájmové území, datové zdroje: Rešerše dostupné literatury zabývající se problematikou fragmentace krajiny a jejím vývojem s ohledem na specifika rovníkových zemí. Klasifikace současného stavu lesa s využitím satelitních snímků Google Earth. Kvantitativní analýza míry fragmentace horského tropického v oblasti Kedjom-Keku pomocí krajinných metrik s využitím specializovaných nástrojů (Patch Analyst, GUIDOS, resp. FRAGSTATs). |

| Aims: Review of the issue of evaluation of landscape fragmentation and land-use development in equatorial countries. Evaluation of geographical aspects of landscape change in Cameroon and assessment of recent land-use. Analysis of current extent of tropical forest fragmentation in Kedjom-Keku area. Methods and data: Review of available literature dealing with the issue of evaluation of landscape fragmentation and land-use development in equatorial countries. Classification of current forest cover with the use of Google Earth satellite imagery. Quantitative analysis of forest fragmentation in Kedjom-Keku area using landscape metrics and specialized tools (Patch Analyst, GUIDOS, FRAGSTATs). |
