Preliminary scope of work

Cílem práce je charakterizovat dvoumembránovou organelu v buňce prvoka Trimastix pyriformis, pravděpodobný homolog mitochondrie. Student se pokusí lokalizovat v buňce některé z proteinů, pomocí imunofluorescenční mikroskopie a pomocí western blotů na buněčných frakcích.

Preliminary scope of work in English

The aim of the thesis is to characterise double membrane organelle in Trimastix pyriformis, putative mitochondrion. Student will localise selected proteins in the cell using immunofluorescence and using western blots on cell fractions.
