Preliminary scope of work

Cílem této práce bylo studium exprese proteinů účastnících se reakcí, při kterých jsou v organismu odbourávány škodlivé volné radikály a celkově studium úrovně oxidativního stresu v organismu.

Preliminary scope of work in English

The aim of this work was to study the expression of proteins involved in reactions in which harmful free radicals are degraded in an organism and overall study of oxidative stress level in organism.
