Preliminary scope of work
Cílem této diplomové práce je především zaměřit se na postavení soudce zakotvené v právním řádu České republiky. Autorka se zde věnuje procesu vzniku a zániku funkce soudce, jeho právům a povinnostem. Značná část práce je též věnována principu nezávislosti a nestrannosti soudce, který zajišťuje právo na spravedlivý proces. Práce se zároveň okrajově dotýká i historie soudnictví v České republice.
Preliminary scope of work in English
The aim of this thesis is to focus on the position of judge as it is established in the law system of the Czech Republic. The author is pursuing the genesis of judge's function, rights and duties of a judge and considerable part of this work is dealing with the principle of judicial independence and impartiality which ensures right to a fair trial. This thesis also marginally summarizes the history of judiciary in Czech Republic.
