Izolace proteinů. Určení enzymové aktivity. Chemické zesítění proteinů za nativních podmínek, elektroforetická separace produktů sí'tovací reakce, příprava peptidů z kýženého produktu a určení oblastí, kterými jednotlivé časti proteinu interagují. Navržení struktury proteinu.
