Preliminary scope of work |
Recentně je diskutována existence třetí alternativy k transportu symplastem nebo apoplastem – tzv. transcelulární cesta pohybu látek pletivem primární kůry kořene (Barberon 2014). Během ní by transportované látky (např. minerální živiny) byly během transportu do středního válce kořene opakovaně přijímány a opět vydávány buňkami primární kůry. Význam této cesty je ale nejasný. Bakalářská práce by měla shrnout dostupné informace o lokalizaci transportérů živin či aquaporinů v primární kůře kořene a charakterizovat možné změny v lokalizaci korelující s postupem diferenciace apoplastických bariér (endodermis a exodermis) a existencí symplastického propojení buněk primární kůry. Na bakalářkou práci by mohla navazovat diplomová práce sledující změny lokalizace transportérů minerálních živin v primární kůře kořene v souvislosti s postupem diferenciace exodermis a charakterizace lokalizace a funkčnosti plasmodesmů v exodermis v korelaci s ukládáním suberinových lamel a životností pokožkových buněk. Preliminary scope of work in English |
Existence of transcellular transport pathway within root cortex is recently discussed as possible third alternative to transport via apoplast and symplast (Barberon 2014). This concept assumes repetitional influx and efflux of compounds (e.g. mineral nutrients) in cortical cells during their way through root cortex. Real involvement of this pathway is however unclear. The thesis should summarize available data concerning localisation of membrane transporters (of nutrients or water) in root cortex and discuss possible relationship between this localisation and endodermis/exodermis differentiation and existence of symplastic continuum within cortex.
