Preliminary scope of work

Tato práce se zabývá problematikou ochrany vlastnického práva k nemovitostem ve vybraných zemích Evropské unie. Kromě obecného rámce této problematiky se zaměřuje především na otázku nabývání nemovitostí zahraničním subjektem práv a jeho teoretickými aspekty z pohledu mezinárodního práva soukromého. Závěrem pak tuto právní oblast rozebírá též z pohledu ochrany investic.

Preliminary scope of work in English

This thesis is focused on protection of real property ownership in chosen EU states. Above mentioned topic is explained from general point of view but the thesis especially aims on acquisition of real property by foreigners and its theoretical aspects from the international private law point of view also. At the end of the thesis the topic is also analyzed within the international investments protection.
