Bariatrické výkony patří k moderním metodám léčby obezity zvláště u pacientů s vyšším stupněm obezity. V poslední době je prováděno několik výkonů jako například bandáž žaludku, sleeve gastrectomie, plikace žaludku, bypass žaludku a biliopankreativní diverze. Cílem práce je porovnání efektu některých metod na vývoj hmotnosti a některé jiné metabolické parametry. Sběr dat bude prováděn na 3. interní klinice 1. LF UK a VFN v Praze částečně retro a především prospektivně.
Preliminary scope of work in English
Bariatric procedures belong to modern methods of therapy of obesity, especially in patients with higher degree of obesity. Recently, several procedures of this type are performed, among those gastric banding, sleeve gastrectomy, gastric plication, gastric bypass and biliopancreatic diversion. The aim is to compare the effect of certain methods on the weight developement and some other metabolic values. The data collection will be carried out at the 3rd medical department of 1st faculty of medicine of Charles University and General Faculty Hospital in Prague, partially retrospectively and mainly prospectively.
