| Teoretická východiska:
- Vymezení základních pojmů. - Teoretické koncepty zabývající se sociální péčí, legislativou, Standardy kvality sociálních služeb a jejich implementací (Johnová, 2004). Dále cílovou skupinou seniorů a stárnutím populace. - Teoretické koncepty věnující se sociální politice s důrazem na kvalitu sociálních služeb, zákona o sociálních službách a inspekcí kvality sociálních služeb (MPSV). - Koncept řadové byrokracie (Lipsky, 1980). Hlavní cíl práce: Ověřit či vyvrátit hypotézu, zda má přijetí/implementace Standardů kvality sociálních služeb přímý vliv na kvalitu poskytovaných služeb ve vybraných Domovech pro seniory. Podcíle práce: - Analýza kvality života seniorů v domovech pro seniory. - Analýza kvality sociálních služeb v domovech pro seniory. Výzkumné otázky a hypotézy: - Ovlivňuje (ne)existence Standardů spokojenost klientů s poskytovanými službami ve vybraných DpS? - Implementace Standardů kvality sociálních služeb má přímý vliv na kvalitu poskytovaných služeb ve vybraných Domovech pro seniory. |

| Theoretical concepts
- Definition of basic concepts. - Theoretical concepts involved in social care, legislation, standards of quality social services and their implementation (Johnová, 2004). Furthermore, the target group of seniors and aging population. - Theoretical concepts dealing with social policy, with emphasis on the quality of social services, law on social services and quality inspections of social services (MPSV). - The concept of ordinary bureaucracy (Lipsky, 1980). The main goal of the work: Verify or disprove the hypothesis that the adoption / implementation of quality standards directly affect the quality of services in selected homes for the elderly. Sub-goals work: - Analysis of quality of life of older people in homes for the elderly. - Analysis of the quality of social services for the elderly. Research questions and hypotheses: - Does (not) the existence of the Standards of customer satisfaction with services provided in selected homes for the elderly? - Implementation of quality standards has a direct impact on the quality of services in selected homes for the elderly. |
