| Hlavním cílem celé práce by mělo být porovnání ekonomických aspektů dárcovství krve v evropské zemi (České republice) se Spojenými státy americkými, kde je trh s touto komoditou více komercializován.
V jedné části své práce bych se rád věnoval historickému vývoji dárcovství krve. Začnu od druhé poloviny 20. století, kde jednou z hlavních osobností zabývající se problematikou dárcovství krve byl Richard Titmuss, až do současné situace, kdy struktura trhu s krví je velmi odlišná. Následně se budu věnovat popisu jednotlivých stimulů, kvůli kterým se lidé stávají dárci, například altruismus jako prosociální motivace, odměny ve formě různých služeb nebo stimuly materiálního charakteru. Podněty k tomu stát se dárcem, sociální politika a vývoj trhu s krví budou body, na kterých bude založené porovnání zvolených zemí. |
| Preliminary scope of work in English |
| The main goal of my whole work should be the comparison of the economic aspects of blood donation in a European country (the Czech republic) with the United States of America, where the market with this commodity is more commercialised.
In one part of my work I would like to concentrate on the historical development of blood donation. I will begin in the second part of the 20th century, when one of the leading figures in engaged in the questions concerning blood donation was Richard Titmuss and finish in the present, where the structure of blood donation market is very different. Further on I will concentrate on the description of particular incentives leading people to becoming blood donors. These incentives are for example altruism; a socially favourable motivation or benefits in the form of various services and material incentives. Various motivations to become a blood donor, social politics and the development of blood market are the points my comparison will be based upon. |
