| Autor se bude věnovat problematice tělesných trestů v čínském starověku, a to na základě srovnání údajů normativních textů s právními dokumenty získanými archeologickým výzkumem ve 20. stol. Vycházet přitom bude ze sekundární litertury v čínštině a západních jazycích, přičemž bude přihlížet k primárním pramenům, a to i s použitím jejich překladů. Zaměří se na otázku, do jaké míry byly tělesné tresty - na které kladou důraz normativní legistické spisy - skutečně užívány a nakolik se v tomto směru údaje normativních textů shodují se zachovanými právními dokumenty. |
