Preliminary scope of work |
Two firms in the same industry with the same number of employees (labor) and the same amount of the capital (capital) product still have almost always different added value, provided they come from different cultural background. There are some theories such as Total Factor Productivity (TFP), where the difference is hidden in the TFP but is not explained. In my Bachelor’s work I will try to explain this difference by the human capital features.
1. Introduction 2. Theories a. Economic Theories i. Institutional Economics ii. Total Factor Productivity iii. Others b. Characteristics of Nations i. Czech Nation – Main Characteristics ii. Japanese Nation – Main Characteristics c. Firm – Human Recourses – Cost of the Human Capital 3. Research – Econometric Modeling a. Selection of the Most Important Variables b. Creating an Econometric Model c. Weighing of the Variables and Calculation using collected data d. Explanation of the Results e. Potential use of the Results 4. Summary 5. Appendixes |
