Preliminary scope of work

Účelem této práce je rozbor odpovědnosti za škodu způsobenou zaměstnanci při pracovních úrazech a nemocech z povolání podle zákoníku práce. Vysvětluje účel a význam odpovědnosti zaměstnavatele za škodu způsobenou pracovními úrazy a nemocemi z povolání, jakož i jednotlivé náhrady, které s touto škodou přísluší poškozenému zaměstnanci. V neposlední řadě jsou v této práci obsaženy soudní rozhodnutí související s touto problematikou pro poskytnutí komplexního přehledu platné právní úpravy.

Preliminary scope of work in English

The purpose of this thesis is the analysis of liability for damage caused to the employee by occupational injuries and occupational diseases pursuant to the Labour Code. It explains the purpose and importance of employer´ s liability for damage caused by occupational injuries and occupational diseases, as well as particular compensation pertaining to the injured employee. Finally, there are judicial decisions included in this thesis, which are related to these issues, in order to provide a comprehensive overview of current legislation.
