Preliminary scope of work

Výzkumným problémem je reflexe teoretických poznatků z oblasti determinant zdraví a podpory zdraví v nastolených agendách (nejen) zdravotních politik na mezinárodní, evropské a české úrovni. S tím souvisí také identifikace procesů a faktorů, které ovlivňují nastolení nebo přehlížení problémů souvisejících s determinantami zdraví a tedy s hrozbami jejich nekontrolovaného působení (jako např. kouření tabáku, zamoření životního prostředí, civilizační choroby obecně) a faktory způsobující selhání nebo nízkou efektivitu tvorby a realizace veřejné politiky v oblasti veřejného zdraví a podpory zdraví v případech, kdy se tato problematika dostává do agendy zdravotní politiky, ale nedaří se ji realizovat, takže problémy přetrvávají nebo se dokonce zhoršují (např. případ epidemie obezity).
