Looking at the feedback from previous years, I think the lecturer is trying to improve the course. This year, we managed to get to abelian categories and morita theory, so I found the last lectures to be quite fun and useful. Still, I think the pacing is a little off, some topics are spent a lot of time on and some are rushed through. But if you are new to category theory, I would recommend the lecture. The main reason is that dr. O'Buachalla repeats what we did last lecture and he gives you a lot of time to think about the basics, so it is easy to remember the concepts and not get lost.
