I agree with the concept that students have to have a basic knowledge about word and computers. it also helped that they logged everyone into the wifi and co.

I guess it is essential to know about the programs word, excel and co. but this was the wrong way to teach it. it was absolutely boring and many students used past papers and adjusted them a bit anyways
Here is an other Idea how the department could help students:
make more instructions and upload them somewhere.
- how do I log into the wifi
- how do I log into complete anatomy
- how can I get the students discount if I buy a new macbook or spotify
