We will evaluate molecular changes with different methods in various cancer types. The most probable method for analyzing data will be Next Generation Sequencing (NGS).Genome/transcriptome sequencing of tumors is the newest method in clinical pathology and precision medicine nowadays. The aim of my Ph.D. studies will be to discover new undescribed genetic changes in tumors with the help of molecular genetic tests and further study the impact of these methods on patient treatment.
