| Zásady pro vypracování |
| Institutions like banks, insurances companies and mobile operators usually offer to their customers products and services composed into bundles. A customer may choose the most suitable bundle, modify it or compose a new one. This custom bundle is then checked for eligibility and approved in company’s internal processes. IT solutions supporting bundle configuration and the selling process has recently became an integral part of those institutions. Their disadvantage is a low flexibility in terms of governance of products, rules and processes.
In this work the author will firstly analyse the current IT approaches behind the bundles configuration and selling process. Then he will propose a framework based on IBM technologies [1-6] that would enable a user to flexibly govern products, rules and processes. The described solution should be possible to adapt on companies’ products portfolio. |
