| Zásady pro vypracování |
| Práce objasňuje perspektivy a limity spolupráce v oblasti energetické politiky EU a to primárně z pohledu členských států. Za tím účelem je zkoumán dosavadní vývoj integrace v oblasti energetiky (se zdůrazněním soudobého vývoje), přístup Evropské komise k energetickým otázkám a zejména přístupy a energetické politiky dvou vybraných členských států EU – Francie a Německa.
Dokument je členěn do dvou hlavních částí – teoretické a empiricko-analytické. V první části jsou teoreticky vymezeny pojmy „energetická bezpečnost“ a „energetická politika“ z pohledu několika autorů. Následně je přikročeno k empirickému zkoumání vývoje energetické politiky EU – zejména přijatých iniciativ Evropské komise. Zkoumán a hodnocen je mj. současný stav faktické implementace zmíněných unijních opatření do jednotlivých systémů energetických trhů výše zmíněných států a popis energetických sektorů výše uvedených zemí. Bádány a hodnoceny (z hlediska cílů EU v energetické oblasti) jsou energetické politiky Francie a Německa a „míra“ jejich kompatibility s přijatými unijními opatření v oblasti energetiky (zejména se jedná o tři oblasti: environmentální, oblast vytváření jednotného energetického trhu EU a oblast vnější energetické politiky EU – zabezpečení dodávek surovin). Výše zmíněný badatelský postup (empiricko-analytický) byl zvolen jako nejpřínosnější a nejvhodnější vzhledem k hlavnímu tématu práce a naplnění výzkumného záměru. |
