Předběžná náplň práce

Abstrakt
Psychologické profilování je považováno za jednu z velice perspektivních kriminalistických metod využitelných při objasňování trestné činnosti. Cílem mé diplomové práce je objasnit roli metody psychologického profilování v procesu vyšetřování trestné činnosti, její význam a možnosti jejího uplatnění. Diplomová práce se skládá ze tří hlavních částí, které se dále dělí do kapitol a podkapitol. Jednotlivé kapitoly a podkapitoly diplomové práce se zabývají různými hledisky metody psychologického profilování pachatele. Po úvodních slovech následuje část diplomové práce zabývající se jednotlivými základními aspekty metody psychologického profilování. Tato část je rozdělena do sedmi kapitol. První kapitola seznamuje čtenáře s pojmem psychologického profilování a jeho podstatou. Druhá kapitola popisuje ve dvou podkapitolách historický vývoj dané metody v zahraničí a na území ČR. Třetí kapitola specifikuje druhy trestných činů vhodných k profilování. Kapitola čtvrtá se zabývá možnostmi využití služeb psychologa při vyšetřování trestných činů. Tato kapitola se člení do tří podkapitol, jež charakterizují konzultační činnost, soudně znaleckou psychologickou činnost a speciální psychologické postupy. Kapitola pátá shrnuje osobnostní a profesní předpoklady profilujícího odborníka. Šestá kapitola první části diplomové práce se zaobírá jednotlivými prvky teoretického základu psychologického profilování. Tato kapitola v jednotlivých podkapitolách rozebírá koncepci vztahových a nevztahových deliktů, typologii neznámého pachatele, výklad motivačního pozadí, koncepce nakládání s tělem oběti a koncepci personifikování pachatele. Kapitola poslední se zabývá nejznámějšími počítačovými databázemi užívanými v psychologickém profilování – ViCLAS a VICAP.
Část druhá se zaměřuje na využití metody psychologického profilování v praxi. Tato část diplomové práce se rovněž člení do dvou kapitol. První kapitola se zaobírá postupem při vytváření psychologického profilu. Tvoří ji tři podkapitoly, ve kterých je postupně popisován FBI model, profil pachatele podle modelu FBI v praxi a model OFA. Druhá kapitola se zaměřuje na vybrané oblasti využití psychologického profilování. Podkapitola první je věnována využití psychologického profilování u trestnému činu znásilnění. Podkapitola druhá se zaměřuje na využití psychologického profilování u sexuálního zneužívání dětí. Třetí část diplomové práce pojednává o dalších specifických psychologických postupech v kriminalistické praxi využívaných během objasňování případu. Tato část se dělí do čtyř kapitol. První kapitola charakterizuje obor forenzní psycholingvistiky. Následující kapitoly třetí části se zaměřují na specifické oblasti aplikace forenzní lingvistiky. Druhá kapitola se zabývá tvorbou psychologického profilu na základě řečového chování neznámého pisatele, třetí kapitola pojednává o Statement analysis a konečně kapitola poslední zmiňuje metodu Threat assessment.
Závěrečná kapitola shrnuje poznatky diplomantky získané studiem dané problematiky. Zdůrazňuje zejména posun ve vývoji metody psychologického profilování od zprvu intuitivního postupu k specifické metodě založené na vlastní teoretické bázi, empirických poznatcích a standardizovaných postupech. V této kapitole jsou vyjádřeny názory diplomantky na nedostatky aplikace psychologického profilování v ČR, zejména neexistenci samostatné jednotky psychologického profilování v domácím prostředí a taktéž pozdní přistoupení profilujícího odborníka k vyšetřování případu. V této kapitole jsou taktéž uvedena statistická data týkající se úspěšnosti psychologického profilování v praxi. V závěru kapitoly diplomantka vyjadřuje názor, že ačkoli je zřejmé, že úspěšnost psychologického profilování nebude nikdy stoprocentní, zásadní přínos psychologického profilování spatřuje v možnosti zvýšení efektivnosti vyšetřovacích postupů v oblasti objasňování závažné trestné činnosti.

Abstract
The psychological profiling is regarded as one of the promising method of criminalistics employed for solving crimes. The object of my dissertation is to clarify the role of the criminalistic method of psychological profiling within the process of investigating crime, its significance and possibilities for the application.
The dissertation consists of three main parts which are subsequently divided into chapters and subchapters. Particular chapters and subchapters of the dissertation deal with various points of view on the methods of psychological profiling of the offender.
The introduction is followed by a part of my dissertation which deals with particular elementary aspects of the method of psychological profiling. This part is divided into seven chapters. The first chapter familiarizes the reader with the notion of psychological profiling and its substance. The second chapter describes within its two subchapters the historical development of the method abroad and in the Czech Republic. The third chapter specifies the types of crimes which are eligible for the profiling.
The fourth chapter is focused on the possibilities of employing the services of psychologists for investigating crimes. This chapter consists of three subchapters which characterizethe consultancy, the psychological judicial expertize and especial psychological approaches.
The fifth chapter summarizes the personal and occupational requirements for the profiling expert. The sixth chapter of the first part of the dissertation is concerned with the individual elements of the theoretical core of the psychological profiling.
This chapter in its particular subchapters analyzes the concept of offences within and without relationships, the typology of an unknown offender, the explanation of the motivational background, the concept of handling with the corpse and the concept of personification of the offender. The last chapter deals with the most common electronic databases used for psychological profiling – ViCLAS and VICAP.
The second part is focused on employing of the method of psychological profiling in reality. This part of the dissertation is likewise divided into two chapters. The first chapter is concerned with the proceeding of the creation of the psychological profile. It is composed of subchapters in which there are successively described the FBI model, the profile an offender according to the model of FBI in reality and the model of OFA. The second chapter focuses on the selected areas of employing the psychological profiling. Subchapter one is dedicated to the utilizing of the psychological profiling in terms of rape. The second subchapter concentrates on the utility of the psychological profiling in terms of the sexual abuse of children.
The third part of the dissertation is concerned with other specific psychological methods within the practical criminalistics employed during the solving of the crime. This part consists of four chapters. The first chapter clarifies the discipline of the forensic psycholinguistic. The following chapters of this part are focused on the specific areas of the application of the forensic linguistic. The second chapter is concerned with the creation of psychological profile on the basis of the language expression of an unknown writer. The third chapter deals with the Statement analysis. Last but not leastthere is mentioned the method of the Threat assessment in the last chapter.
The concluding chapter summarizes findings of the author gained during the study of the particular issues. It emphasizes mainly the advancement of the development of the method of psychological profiling from at first an intuitive proceeding to a specific method based on a particular theoretical base, empirical knowledge and standardized procedures. In this chapter there are expressed opinions of the author on the defects of the application of the psychological profiling in the Czech Republic. It is particularly the lack of an independent unit for psychological profiling in our domestic environment and also belated accession of a profiling expert to the criminal investigating. In this chapter there are also stated statistical data regarding the factual success rate of the psychological profiling. At the end of the chapter the author raises an opinion that despite the fact that the success rate of the psychological profiling will never be absolute, the crucial benefit of the psychological profiling can be seen in the increasing efficacy of the investigating procedures in terms of solving serious crimes.
