Předběžná náplň práce v anglickém jazyce

The aim of the thesis is to look at the famous tragedy as a source of inspiration for a theatre play written three hundred and fifty years later. The thesis will consider the development of drama from the Renaissance to the theatre of the absurd and find similarities and differences between Shakespeare?s and Stoppard?s plays, such as the personalities of the characters, the motifs, the means of expressions and the working out with dramatic situations.
