Zásady pro vypracování
Výzkumný vzorek tvořilo 30 hráčů ledního hokeje spadajících do kategorií U17 a U20, hrajících regionální dorostenecké a juniorské ligy. Hráči byli náhodně rozděleni do dvou skupin vykonávajících buď čistě bilaterální nebo čistě unilaterální silový trénink. Celková délka tréninkové intervence byla šest týdnů, přičemž tréninky byly vykonávány 2x týdně. Celkově tedy probandi absolvovali 12 tréninkových jednotek. Před začátkem a po konci tréninkové intervence byli všichni účastníci výzkumu otestováni a data byla analyzována pomocí ANOVA analýzy následované Tukey post-hoc testem. Normalita dat byla zjištěna pomocí Kolmogorov-Smirnov testu.
