V teoretické části se bude práce věnovat dětem a dospívajícím, jako specifické cílové skupině a jejím charakteristikám. Bude popsána prevalence užívání alkoholu a tabákových výrobků touto skupinou a také dostupnost alkoholu a tabákových výrobků pro nezletilé. Část teoretické práce bude věnována národním a mezinárodním politikám, a tomu, jakým způsobem se snaží snížit prevalenci užívání návykových látek ale i dostupnost a poptávku. Popsána bude i relevantní legislativa spojená s prodejem alkoholu a tabákových výrobků na internetu. Výzkumnou část budou tvořit poznatky z kvantitativního výzkumu, kde budou popisovány e-shopy s nabídkou alkoholu a tabákových výrobků podle určitých charakteristik a bude také popsán celý proces objednávání a přebírání tohoto zboží. Práce se zaměří na to, jak prodejci těchto produktů ověřují věk nakupujících, aby nedošlo k prodeji nezletilým.

The theoretical part of the thesis will focus on children and adolescents as a specific target group and its characteristics. The prevalence of alcohol and tobacco use by this group will be describes, as well as the availability of alcohol and tobacco products for minors. Part of the theoretical part will be devoted to national and international policies and how they seek to reduce the prevalence of substance use, as well as availability and demand. Relevant legislation related to the sale of alcohol and tobacco products on the internet will also be described. The research part will consist of findings from quantitative research, where e-shops offering alcohol and tobacco products will be described according to certain characteristics and the whole process of ordering and receiving these goods will also be described. The thesis will focus on how sellers of these products verify the age of the shoppers to avoid selling to minors.
