Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje porovnání systému školního stravování pro věkovou kategorii 4-6 let mezi zařízeními v České republice a ve Spolkové republice Německo. Teoretická část práce je zaměřena na historii, legislativu a výživová doporučení každé země. Poslední kapitola, uzavírající teoretickou část, je zaměřena na výživu a vývoj dětí. V praktické části jsou popsána zařízení, která byla vybrána jako příklad pro zhodnocení v této bakalářské práci. Značný díl praktické části tvoří tři týdenní jídelníčky mateřských škol reprezentující parametry stravování dětí v obou zemích. Tyto jsou následně zhodnoceny a porovnávány s nutričními doporučeními. Získané výsledky jsou graficky prezentovány a diskutovány.

This bachelor thesis compares the school catering system of facilities for the age category 4-6 years in the Czech Republic and the Federal Republic of Germany. The theoretical part of the work focuses on the history, legislation and nutritional recommendations of each country. Last chapter, concluding the theoretical part, focuses on the nutrition and development of children. The practical part describes two facilities, one in Czechia and one in Germany, that were selected as an example for evalutation in this bachelor thesis. A significant section of the practical part analyses three weekly menus of each kindergarten representing the specification of childrens' meals in both countries. These are subsequently evaluated and compared to nutritional recommendations. The obtained results are graphically presented and discussed.
