| Parkinsonova nemoc (PN) je progredující neurodegenerativní onemocnění, které postihuje zejména motorické funkce, je ale zároveň i příčinou mnoha non-motorických příznaků. Zejména v pokročilých stádiích snižuje soběstačnost, narušuje běžné denní aktivity a veškeré další činnosti, což vede ke snížení kvality života. Proto je žádoucí aktivity, se kterými má osoba s PN problém, optimalizovat, dále je vhodné optimalizovat denní režim v souladu s potřebami dané osoby a fluktuací účinků farmak, a v neposlední řadě podporovat osobu s PN v self‑managementu, pokud dojde k úsudku, že je ho daná osoba schopná. Existují různé strategie či kompenzační pomůcky, které napomáhají alespoň částečně získat zpět soběstačnost a zmírnit příznaky onemocnění, které osobě s PN brání v běžném fungování. V České republice však dosud nebyl vytvořen edukační materiál, který by o těchto možnostech uceleně informoval. Cílem bakalářské práce je proto vytvořit pacientskou brožuru obsahující informace ohledně možností optimalizace aktivit, denního režimu a self-managementu u osob s PN. Prvním dílčím cílem je ověřit smysluplnost a užitečnost vytvořené brožury prostřednictvím zpětnovazebního semistrukturovaného rozhovoru se třemi osobami s PN. Druhým dílčím cílem je poskytnout brožuru upravenou dle doporučení respondentů Společnosti Parkinson, z. s. ke zveřejnění na webových stránkách společnosti. Vytvořená brožura byla všemi třemi respondenty vyhodnocena jako užitečná a byla doporučena ke zveřejnění po zapracování jejich připomínek. Finální verze brožury byla ve formátu PDF poskytnuta Společnosti Parkinson, z. s. a je nyní volně dostupná na jejich webových stránkách. |

| Parkinson’s disease (PD) is a progressive neurodegenerative disorder which primarily affects motor functions. However, it is also the cause of numerous non-motor symptoms. Especially in advanced stages the disease can significantly reduce self-sufficiency of those affected by PD and can diminish the ability to perform activities of daily life and other important activities which can negatively impact quality of life. Therefore it is important to optimize the activities which an individual with PD struggles with and to optimize the daily routine in accordance with the needs of the person and the fluctuation in the effects of medication. Moreover it is important to support self-management if the individual is capable of it. There are various strategies which can help to at least partially regain self-sufficiency and alleviate the symptoms of the disease which hinder everyday functioning. However, no comprehensive educational material has yet been developed in the Czech Republic to inform about these options. The primary aim of this bachelor's thesis is to create a brochure for patients which provides guidance on optimizing activities and daily routine and on self‑management in persons with PD. The first secondary objective is to verify the meaningfulness and usefulness of the created brochure through a semi-structured feedback interview with three individuals with Parkinson’s disease. The second secondary objective is to provide the brochure (revised according to the recommendations of the respondents) to Společnost Parkinson, z. s. (a society for persons with Parkinson’s disease) for publication on the organization's website. The brochure was evaluated by three persons with PD. Based on their feedback and recommendations the brochure was revised into its final version and then provided in PDF format to Společnost Parkinson, z. s. and published on the organization’s website. |
