| The main research problem of the study revolves around the initial outlook of Ukrainian forced migrants being integrated successfully into the labour markets of Poland and the Czech Republic. Although at first glance, Ukrainian forced migrants seem to be alleviating the shortages in the labour markets of Poland and the Czech Republic with the activation of the TPD, multiple aspects of the labour market inclusion challenges have been identified through the investigation of the research topic via desk research.
