Předběžná náplň práce

Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na problematiku funkčních poruch hybnosti v neurologii. Jedná se o teoreticko-praktickou práci s důrazem na teoretickou část. Přestože jsou funkční poruchy hybnosti časté, jedná se o diagnózu nedostatečně probádanou, kontroverzní, o nízké popularitě, a tudíž neznámou pro mnoho zdravotnických odborníků.
Teoretická část práce obsahuje kapitoly popisující úskalí definice a terminologie, klinický obraz a anamnestické údaje charakteristické pro pacienty s funkčními poruchami hybnosti, historický kontext této problematiky a souhrn současných patofyziologických poznatků. Dále je zahrnuta charakteristika nejčastějších forem funkčních poruch hybnosti, jejich odlišností od organických protějšků a specifických klinických rysů a zkoušek užívaných pro jejich diagnostiku. Součástí teoretické části práce jsou kapitoly mapující postup a jednotlivé možnosti terapie pacientů s funkčními poruchami hybnosti. Teoretická část je doplněna o ucelený přehled možností využití fyzioterapie k ovlivnění funkčních poruch hybnosti, včetně výčtu konkrétních technik a doporučení.
Cílem praktické části bylo zpracovat dvě kazuistiky a na případech konkrétních pacientů s diagnózou funkční poruchy hybnosti demonstrovat možnosti využití technik fyzioterapie u této klinické problematiky v praxi.

Předběžná náplň práce v anglickém jazyce

The bachelor thesis focuses on the issue of functional movement disorders in neurology. This work is of a theoretical-practical type with emphasis on the theoretical part. Although functional movement disorders present a common diagnosis, this topic is inadequately explored, controversial and of low popularity. Therefore, it remains unknown for many health professionals.
The theoretical part of the thesis contains chapters describing the definition and terminology pitfalls, characteristic clinical manifestations and anamnestic data, historical context of this issue and an overview of the current pathophysiological findings. Also, the characteristics of the most common forms of functional movement disorders are covered, including the clinical differences from their organic counterparts and the specific features and clinical testing used when establishing the diagnosis. The theoretical part also includes chapters mapping the process and particular steps of the treatment and the possible treatment methods for the functional movement disorder patients. The theoretical part is complemented by a comprehensive overview of the possible physiotherapy techniques, methods, and recommendations usable in the treatment of functional movement disorders.
The objective of the practical part was to elaborate two case studies and to demonstrate the possible application of physiotherapy techniques in clinical practice using the cases of real patients with the diagnosis of functional movement disorders.
