Předběžná náplň práce
Studentka se ve své bakalářské práci bude zabývat funkcemi přirozených mentorů v životech dětí a dospívajících ve věkovém rozmezí 11-16 let, z perspektivy a zkusenosti prave mladych participantu vyzkumu. V teoretické části provede resersi literatury na tema přirozeného mentoringu se zaměřením na jeho možné benefity v kazdodenni zkusenosti dětí a dospívajících s jejich vyznamnymi dospelymi. V rámci empirické části provede kvalitativní výzkum s deseti participanty, se kterými povede narativni polostrukturovane rozhovory spojene s participativními metodami vyzkumu s detmi. Zde se v souladu se soucasnymi pristupy ve vyzkumu s detmi a dospivajicimi a jejich prozivani kazdodennich temat jedna o metodou malování na dane vyzkumne tema. Sesbíraná data bude analyzovat pomocí tématické analýzy.
Předběžná náplň práce v anglickém jazyce
The student will explore the roles of natural mentors in the lives of children and young people aged 11-16. As part of the empirical section, she will conduct qualitative research with ten participants, engaging in semi-structured interviews combined with a voluntary participatory painting method. The collected data will be analyzed using thematic analysis. In the theoretical part, she will outline the issues of natural mentoring, focusing on its potential benefits in the experiences of children and young people.
