Bakalářská práce Regionální zpravodajství České televize a jeho rozvoj od roku 2012se zaměřuje na proces plnohodnotného začlenění regionálního zpravodajství do vysílání České televize. Na základě poznatků shromážděných z rozhovorů s osobnostmi, které byly rozvoji přítomny či k němu dopomohly, dokumentů ČT, záznamu vysílání, statistik a dostupné literatury se snaží přiblížit podmínky a předpoklady rozvoje, jeho průběh a výslednou podobu – tedy odpovědět na otázky proč, kdy, jak a s jakým úspěchem. Stručně shrnuje historii a zásadní milníky ve vývoji, definuje právní rámec a výchozí pozici, popisuje budování studií v letech 2016 a 2019 a další infrastruktury dotvářející dnešní podobu regionálního zpravodajství ČT, analyzuje fungování regionálních redakcí a jejich členů na základě konkrétních příkladů, např. hodnotí adaptaci na situaci spojenou s pandemií koronaviru. Představuje plány do let následujících a nastínění směru dalšího vývoje. Namísto detailního zkoumání se pokouší představit jednotlivé oblasti, v nichž se dynamický rozvoj projevil nejcitelněji, a upozornit na souvislosti mezi nimi, tedy zasazovat do kontextu. V rámci příloh nabízí náhled do studií a přepis rozhovorů.

The Bachelor thesis Czech Television Regional Newscast and its Development since 2012 focuses on the full-fletched integration of regional newscast into Czech television broadcasting. Based on the knowledge gathered from interviews with people, who witnessed the proces or took part in it, the documents of ČT, the recordings of broadcasts, statistics and available literature, it tries to approximate the conditions and presuppositions of development, its course and its results – that is, to answer why, when, how and how successfully. It briefly summarizes the history and milestones in development, defines the legislation and the starting position, describes the building of television studios in 2016 and 2019 and other infrastructure completing the present form of regional news. It analyzes the functioning of regional redactions and their rmembers based on particular examples, and evaluates the adaptation to the situation associated with the coronavirus pandemic. It presents plans for the years ahead and outlines the direction of further development. Instead of examining in details, it attempts to present the areas where dynamic development has manifested itself most clearly and to draw attention to the links between them, to simply put them in context. Within the attachments it offers insight into studios and the transcriptions of the interviews.
