Předběžná náplň práce

Tato diplomová práce by se měla skládat z teoretické, metodologické a analytické částí, v nichž se pojednává o zobrazení žen v seriálu Hra o trůny a způsobech vyvíjení těchto postav. První část práce se bude zaměřovat na představení seriálu a ženských postav, vybraných k následující kvalitativní analýze. Nedílnou součástí budou teoretická východiska, jež budou zaměřené na odraz současných studií na téma žen ve Hře o trůny a na sociální a genderová studia. V metodologické a analytické části práce pak bude představen vlastní kvalitativní výzkum autorky a jeho interpretace na téma reprezentace a transformace ženských postav v seriálu Hra o trůny.

Předběžná náplň práce v anglickém jazyce

This thesis should consist into theoretical, methodological and analytical parts, which deal with representation of female characters in Game of Thrones television series and with ways of development of those characters. The first part of the thesis will focus on description of the series and its female characters, which were selected for following qualitative research. An integral part of this part will be presentation of theoretical background which will be focused on the reflection of current studies on the topic of women portrayal in Game of Thrones, as well as of modern social and gender studies about social roles and social stereotypes. In the methodological and analytical part, author of the thesis will present her own qualitative research and its interpretation on the topic of representation and transformation of female characters in Game of Thrones television series.
