Rehabilitation of patients with infantile cerebral palsy is an integral part of their lives since the diagnosis statement has been made. Therapy should start as soon as possible and needs to be approached comprehensively. The gradual maturation of central nervous system transforms the clinical status and this must be appropriately reflected. We mainly use neurophysiological methods, one of which is hipporehabilitation. This thesis aims to summarizes existing knowledge about infantile cerebral palsy, hipporehabiliation and its effects on the disease. This form of therapy could be recommended as a part of a comprehensive care of patients with infantile cerebral palsy.
