Předběžná náplň práce

Ve své práci se bude autorka věnovat historii endokrinních disruptorů. Dále regulačním orgánům, které vypracovávají vědecké pokyny, které umožňují identifikaci těchto látek. Rovněž autorka uvede obecné vlastnosti těchto látek a jejich vztah k endogenním receptorům. Hlavní součástí práce bude popis vlivu endokrinních disruptorů na hormonální a homeostatický systém člověka, zejména na metabolismus, sexuální vývoj a reprodukci. V závěru práce se studentka pokusí nastínit možnosti prevence nepříznivého účinku těchto látek.

Předběžná náplň práce v anglickém jazyce

In her work, the author will focus on the history of endocrine disruptors. Furthermore, the regulatory authorities shall draw up scientific guidance to enable these substances to be identified. The author also presents the general properties of these substances and their relationship to endogenous receptors. The main part of the work will describe the effect of endocrine disruptors on the hormonal and homeostatic system of humans, especially on metabolism, sexual development and reproduction. At the end of the work, the student will try to outline the possibilities of preventing the adverse effect of these substances.
