Bakalářská práce na téma čím je motivovaný sociální pracovník, se zabývá zdroji motivace, které jsou obsaženy ve čtyřech dimenzích osoby sociálního pracovníka. Těmito dimenzemi jsou biologická, sociální, psychologická a spirituální. Každá dimenze je sestavena z několika oblastí a je prostoupena různými motivacemi k vykonávání sociální práce. V teoretické části se je podrobně snažím rozebrat a popsat. V praktické části se snažím najít podklady pro upevnění teoretických poznatků. V dotazníkovém šetření s otevřenými otázkami podrobuji výzkumu studenty VOŠ Jabok a ETF UK oboru pastorační a sociální práce.
Předběžná náplň práce v anglickém jazyce
The bachelor thesis explores the motivation of a social worker and deals with the sources of such motivation which are contained in the four dimensions of the character of a social worker. The dimensions are biological, social, psychological, and spiritual. Each dimension is composed of several areas and is permeated by various types of motivation for social work performance. The theoretical part attempts to examine the dimensions and describe them in greater detail. The practical part strives to find basis for consolidation of the theoretical knowledge. Further, the questionnaire with open-ended questions inquires the students from the field of pastoral and social work of VOŠ Jabok and the ETF UK.
