| Cílem práce je analyzovat zahraniční politiku (paradiplomacii) Republiky Tatarstán na základě projevů prezidenta Tatarstánu Rustama Minnikhanova a zjistit, zda, případně jak, je paradiplomacie tohoto regionu ovlivňována diplomacií Ruska. Práce tedy sleduje vnější politiku, ale v jejím jádru je snaha nahlédnout do vnitřního fungování Ruské federace a vztahu Moskva-Tatarstán jakožto centra a regionu. |

| The aim of the work is to analyse foreign policy (paradiplomacy) of Tatarstan, using the speeches of the President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov to find out whether, or how, is the paradiplomacy of this region influenced by the diplomacy of Russia. The thesis examines external policies, but at the core of it is the attempt to look into the way Russian Federation works, and how the relations of Moscow and Tatarstan, as a centre and a region, work. |
