Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou šikany v třídním kolektivu z pohledu učitele. Teoretická část práce je zaměřena na vysvětlení pojmů objasňující šikanu jako patologický jev. Dále se práce snaží vysvětlit jak šikaně porozumět. Obsahově vymezuje školní třídu v souvislosti se šikanou, zaměřuje se na prevenci, odhaluje osobnost agresorů a obětí šikany, popisuje roli třídy a rodičů zúčastněných dětí. Dále uvádí roli učitele při řešení šikany, jak může pojmout podezření a dále postupovat při řešení šikany. V neposlední řadě popisuje, jaké prostředky může učitel použít v rámci výchovného opatření. V praktické části se práce zaměřuje na pohled učitele na problematiku šikany na základní škole formou dotazníkového šetření.
Předběžná náplň práce v anglickém jazyce
This bachelor thesis describes the problematic of the bullying in the class from the view of a teacher. Theoretical part is focused on explaining the terms which are claiming the bullying is a pathological phenomenon. Further, the thesis tries to explain how to understand the bullying itself. The explanation of the term is limited to a school class only, it focuses on its prevention and it also defines the characteristics of the aggressors, as well as victims of the bullying. Also the role of the teacher is discussed, how he is able to deal with the bullying suspicion, and what are the next steps when solving the issue. Lastly, the thesis describes what are the ways that teacher can use in the context of educational measures. In the practical part, the thesis evaluates the outputs from the questionnaire which brings the view of the teacher, who works in the elementary school and meets the bullying.
