Předběžná náplň práce

Abstrakt
Název: Kazuistika fyzioterapeutické péče o pacienta s diagnózou reverzní totální endoprotéza ramenního kloubu

Cíl: Hlavním cílem této práce je shrnutí teoretických poznatků o ramenním kloubu, její reverzní náhradě a vypracování kazuistiky péče o pacienta s touto diagnózou.

Metody: Tato bakalářská práce obsahuje dvě části. V první části se zaměřím na teorii ohledně ramenního kloubu, kde je popsána anatomie kostěných struktury, svalového aparátu, pohyby v kloubu, dále kineziologie, nestabilita v rameni, terapeutické metody a fyzikální terapie.
V druhé praktické části se bude týkat kazuistiky pacientky, která vznikla na praxi v ambulanci v poliklinice Medicentrum v termínu 29.1.2018 – 15.2.2018 . Na praxi jsem získala anamnézu, provedla vstupní vyšetření a následně navrhla krátkodobý a dlouhodobý plán. Poté jsem rozvrhla terapie, ve kterých pacientka docházela ambulantně 2– 3x týdně. Závěr práce končí celkovým zhodnocením efektu terapie.

Výsledky: Techniky prováděné v terapii zmenšily problém a pomalu jsme se přibližovali stanovenému cíli. U pacientky se zvýšil rozsah pohybu v pravém ramenním kloubu a byly posíleny oslabené svaly v oblasti operovaného kloubu. Díky snaze o koordinaci zapojení správných svalových skupin také došlo ke zmírnění otoku a zarudnutí pravé horní končetiny.

Abstract
Title: Case of physiotherapeutic care of a patient with a diagnosis of reverse total endoprosthesis of the shoulder joint.

Objective: The main aim of this work is to summarize the theoretical knowledge about the shoulder joint and its reverse substitution. A part of the thesis includes a case-record of patient care with this diagnosis.

Methods: This bachelor thesis contains of two parts. The first part is focused on the theoretical knowladge of the shoulder joint, describing the anatomy of the bone structure, the muscular apparatus, the movements in the joint. Furthermore also kinesiology, instability in the shoulder, therapeutic methods and physical therapy.
The second - practical part shows the case history of a patient in a physiotherapeutic care during a clinical practice in the Medicentrum polyclinic in the period 29 January 2018 - 15 February 2018. During the practise, medical history was taken, followed by an initial examination and then proposing of a short-term and long-term plan. Description of the therapies is included. The patient was an outpatient who visited the clinic 2x - 3 times a week. The conclusion of the work ends with an overall assessment of the effect of the therapy.

Results: Techniques in therapy improved the problem and helped slowly approach the set goal. The range of motion in the right shoulder joint increased as well as the muscle stregth of the weakened muscles in the area of the joint. Therapeutic care also helped coordinate the involvement of the right muscle groups and also alleviate swelling and redness of the right upper limb.
