Předběžná náplň práce

Přenos signálu aktivací adrenergních receptorů je zapojen do stresové odpovědi. Při stresu dochází k aktivaci sympatoadrenální osy. Pochopení účinků této aktivace na přenos signálu adrenergními receptory je významný z hlediska ovlivnění reakce na stres. Cílem bakalářské práce bude získat a utřídit základní informace o a-adrenergních receptorech. Důraz bude kladen na molekulární mechanismy přenosu signálu těmito receptory.

Předběžná náplň práce v anglickém jazyce

Signal transduction by adrenergic receptors is involved in stress response. Stress activates the sympathicus and the hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal axis. Understanding effects of this activation on adrenergic signalisation is important for affection of the stress reaction. The aim of this bachelor thesis is to find out and sort basic information about a-adrenergic receptors. The emphasis will be placed on the molecular mechanisms of signal transduction by these receptors.
