Diplomová práca na tému „Aktuální právní problémy bankové regulace“ sa snaží poukázať na problémy, ktoré sa objavujú pri konkrétnych nástrojoch bankovej regulácie. V úvode sú stručne charakterizované banky, bankový systém, história bánk dôvody a ciele bankovej regulácie. V práci sú ďalej definované vybrané nástroje bankovej regulácie a sekuritizácia. V priebehu práce sú identifikované čiastkové problémy, ktoré sa pri týchto nástrojov vyskytujú. Rovnako sú uvádzané prijaté alebo plánované zmeny v legislatíve, ktoré na problémy reagujú. Autor zároveň ponúka vlastné názory na riešenia niektorých problémov. Celkové zhrnutie problémov je závere práce.

Thesis on "Current legal issues of bank regulation" is trying to highlight the problems that occur in specific instruments of banking regulation. Banks, banking system, banking history, the reasons for and the objectives of banking regulation are briefly characterized in the introduction. The work further defines selected instruments of bank regulation and securitization. In the work are also identified partial problems that occur at these instruments. Also presented are passed or planned changes in legislation, which respond to problems. Author is offering own opinions on solutions to some problems as well. The overall summary of the problems is at the end of the work.
