Práce se zabývá přeshraniční spoluprací mezi třemi euroregiony, česko-polsko-slovenským Beskydy, česko-slovenským Bílé-Biele Karpaty a česko-polským Silesia. Cílem práce je poukázat na konkrétní faktory ovlivňující kooperaci v těchto euroregionech v období 2004-2006, kdy mohly země, na jejichž území se euroregiony nachází, jako právoplatné členské státy EU čerpat finanční pomoc z programu Iniciativy Společenství INTERREG IIIA, v daném období speciálně vyčleněném na přeshraniční spolupráci.

The presented thesis is analyzing the cross-border co-operation between three Euroreregions, the Czech-Polish-Slovak Beskydy, the Czech-Slovak Bílé-Biele Karpaty and the Czech-Polish Silesia. The object of the work is to point out the concrete factors influencing the collaboration in these Euroregions in 2004-2006 period, when the countries, on whose territory particular structures are situated, caught as the lawful Member States of the European Union draw the financial aid from the Community Initiative programme INTERREG IIIA, which was in the period given designated to the support of the cross-border co-operation.
